Delete your account

Delete from inside the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Tap "My Page" in the bottom-right.
3. Tap the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
5. Your mail app will open with a pre-filled message — please send it as is.
6. Once we verify your identity, your account will normally be deleted within 5 business days, and we will email you to confirm.

Request by email

If you can no longer sign into the app, please email us from the address you registered with.

For security, we can only process requests sent from the registered email address.

What gets deleted

The following is fully deleted within 90 days (backup media is overwritten within 180 days at the latest).

• Login info (email, password, Google / Apple sign-in links)
• Profile (name, avatar, bio)
• Uploaded documents and images
• AI chat history
• To-dos and favorites
• Forum posts and comments (anonymized or removed)
• Push notification device info

What may remain by law

Some data may be retained in a limited form to satisfy legal obligations or to prevent fraud.

• Receipts and transaction records — kept up to 7 years under Japan's Electronic Bookkeeping Act
• Abuse-prevention logs (hashed identifiers only) — up to 1 year
• Anonymized statistics that cannot identify individuals

Please note

• Account deletion cannot be undone. To use the service again, you would need to register a new account.
• If you have any pending applications or active subscriptions, please complete or cancel them first.
• Content quoted by other users (e.g., forum posts) may still appear on their side.
